1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PaxSenix-API ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

PaxSenix-API provides developers with access to a collection of resources, including various API endpoints for AI chat completion, image generation, and utility tools ("Service"). The Service allows for the integration of these features into third-party applications.

3. API Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the API for:

  • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose that violates local, state, or federal laws.
  • Transmitting any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  • Overloading the system with excessive requests (DDoS attacks) or bypassing rate limits.
  • Scraping or copying data for the purpose of creating a competing service.
  • Soliciting, begging, or demanding "Premium" or paid features for free, regardless of the reason or justification provided.

4. Account & Security

If you choose to register for the Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account information.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited: Creating multiple accounts for a single user or entity is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to create additional accounts to bypass rate limits, free tier restrictions, or for any other purpose will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid plans provide access to the selected API quota, limits, and paid features for the active billing period. You are responsible for reviewing the plan details, limits, endpoint availability, and these Terms before completing a purchase.

No Refund Policy: All paid purchases, subscriptions, upgrades, renewals, add-ons, credits, and prepaid access are final and non-refundable once access is activated, except where required by applicable law or when PaxSenix-API confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge.

Because some endpoints depend on public web sources, third-party platforms, and compatibility work, specific features may change, degrade, or stop working when those third parties change their systems. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this risk and agree that such changes do not automatically qualify a paid purchase for a refund, although we may provide fixes, alternatives, credits, or plan adjustments at our discretion.

If you believe a payment issue occurred, contact us with your account email, order details, and payment proof so we can review it.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PaxSenix-API, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
